- Once the item is purchased the item isn’t taken back and not given back the money.
- Bargaining should not be done during the device delivery after the repair cost has been stated. There is also no credit. The device will be given only after full payment.
- The estimated cost may increase as other problems may arise during the repair. We point out the reason for this high cost.
- We will take all the photos of the physical appearance of the device and send it to your WhatsApp / Email. The photo should not be deleted until our service is completed.
- You must back up your premium software and data before giving it to us and we are not responsible for it.
- Your repaired printer, desktop, or laptop is warrantied for up to ten days only. This warranty means only repaired specific items will be given. We are not responsible for other components of the device and warranty doesn’t apply to them.
- Our expert team tries to repair the device in every possible way. As part of this effort we won’t be responsible if the device is completely damaged.
- Do not bring any pressure on us even if the repair is a little late than expected.
- The repair estimate time depends on the availability of experts and the availability of parts. So please you can keep this in mind.
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the branded items when you buy it, you should go to that concerned Brand Service Center. We can replace this service with a small fee.
- Message will be provided immediately after repair. We’ll be responsible with your device for ten days after the message is delivered. After those ten days we are not responsible.
